I need to get a handle on this weight once again. I had gotten down to 146 this summer and now I am up almost 20lbs. If these snowdays would stop happening then that would help because on the days I get to the gym I do good eating and feel great too. What I also need to find is some great at home exercises that are awesome fat burners. That would really help too. I know if I work hard I can do this and I am also setting a goal of 7 lbs or more lost by Christmas day. I’ll keep you all updated if I can do it. I have 2 weeks so it’s not totally unreasonable either.
