Right now I find myself struggling with the fact that I put this weight back once again. Then I try really hard to push myself t lose it that I go almost overboard because I am always hoping for a quick weight loss which can not happen. If it took me 4 weeks to put it on it is going to take me closer to 8 to get it off. Isn’t it funny though how we live in a society that we want immediate results and we want them now? I hope that as I work on me I can also work on this!
