Well Joel and I decided after talking to a realtor friend of ours, who is a buyers agent, that it might not be a bad idea to talk to her Seller. The reason being is that our house might do well in this market right now because there is not much out there at all. So we have been working like crazy to get a few things done before Sandy Gentry comes to give our place a look at on Thursday. I am finding that doing all of this house work it seems to be the best sleeping pills you could ever take except without paying or taking anything! We still have quite a few other projects to complete if she thinks we can get a certain price to make it worth our time. So we shall see but I do know one thing our place looks so great right now!!! I will keep you all updated on what we find out on Thursday
